Beginners Course 25th April 2019

Our successful 10 week beginners course returns on 25th April 2019.  The course will take you from 0 to 5km (3.1 miles) in 10 weeks and provide training program, weekly coaching and qualified leader runs.
Thinking of trying running or perhaps returning after some time out? Our 10 week beginners course will help you progress from zero to 5km (3.1 miles) in a safe and supportive environment. If you already run but would like some coaching to progress, this course is also suitable for you.

What you will get:-

  • UK athletics qualified leaders and coaches.
  • Gradual safe progression with proven results
  • Coaching topic each week to teach core running skills
  • Electronic access to weekly newsletter (we don't print if we don't have to)

cost: £21.50 for the 10 week course payable online. There are 40 places and payment secures place.






After the course

  • Join the main hockley trail running club with a dedicated group for running 3 miles or additional groups to progress further
  • A 5km to 10km optional top-up course to support you through your first 10km race
  • Support from leaders and coaches you'll know
  • Join like minded runners that also enjoy running trails
