With just 0 days to go until the big race you should be well into the Taper Phase! Hopefully you have remained injury free and the training has gone well.
You should now have a good idea of your Race Pace and kit you need for the day. And have a big, carb loaded meal planned for the night before the big race.

Tapering Phase

Goal: Recover while maintaining sharpness.
  • Reduce mileage by ~20–30% each week
  • Keep some short marathon-pace efforts
  • Prioritize sleep and nutrition
  • No hard strength sessions
You should feel slightly restless by race week — that's a good sign.
